Service nature

Tazkiyo provides access to Islamic guidance and non-medical counselling. Services depend on the qualifications, experience and stated scope of the selected scholar or counsellor.

Bookings

Enquiries are handled manually through WhatsApp. A session is confirmed only after the Tazkiyo admin team confirms the provider, date, time, fee and payment terms.

Respectful use

Users must communicate respectfully and provide accurate information relevant to the service. Harassment, threats, misuse of provider information and unauthorised recording are prohibited.

Cancellations and fees

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms should be shared before payment or session confirmation. The terms communicated for the selected session apply.

Limitations

Tazkiyo is not responsible for decisions taken solely from general website information. Personal religious rulings, legal advice, medical diagnosis and emergency support require the appropriate qualified professional.
