Consultant scope

Each consultant works within their stated education, training, experience and professional scope. Consultant psychologists provide psychological support within their competence. Islamic scholars provide religious guidance. Counsellors and life coaches work within their qualifications and stated scope.

Referrals

Some concerns require a psychiatrist, physician, registered clinical service, legal adviser, safeguarding authority or emergency provider. Tazkiyo or a consultant might recommend an external referral when a concern falls outside the available scope.

Emergencies and suicidal thoughts

Tazkiyo does not handle emergency or suicide crisis cases. If you or someone else faces immediate danger, suicidal intent, self-harm risk, violence, severe mental health symptoms or a medical emergency, call India’s emergency number 112 or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Faith and spiritual guidance

Religious guidance is provided only within the relevant scholar’s knowledge and stated scope. Psychological concerns, medical needs and emergencies require the appropriate qualified service.
