By using this website or contacting Tazkiyo, you agree to the following basic terms.

Service nature

Tazkiyo provides access to online therapy and counselling through listed consultants. Specialised faith and spiritual guidance is available through Islamic scholars. Services depend on the selected consultant’s qualifications, experience and stated scope.

Bookings

Enquiries are handled manually through WhatsApp. A session is confirmed only after the Tazkiyo team confirms the consultant, date, time, fee and payment terms.

Session fees

The first 50-minute individual session costs ₹799. Follow-up individual sessions cost ₹999. A couples session costs ₹999 and lasts up to 90 minutes. The Tazkiyo team confirms the duration and format before booking.

Respectful use

Users must communicate respectfully and provide accurate information relevant to the service. Harassment, threats, misuse of consultant information and unauthorised recording are prohibited.

Cancellations and fees

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms should be shared before payment or session confirmation. The terms communicated for the selected session apply.

Limitations

Tazkiyo is not responsible for decisions taken solely from general website information. Personal religious rulings, legal advice, medical diagnosis and emergency support require an appropriate qualified provider, service or authority.
